Location excellent, super clean and very comfortable, beds mattress comfy, water pressure excellent, very quiet and spacious, very attentive and made sure we had milk in refrigerator for our arrival and air conditioning in all rooms, two spacious bathrooms and management was very courteous and friendly we would love to return Thank you for lovely holiday

The property is located in town, so it was convenient, and very quiet considering it was in town. Close to sights and transit. Room was clean, and well set up.

The building is a bit old, but I like the space and kitchen. I still don’t think it is a 4 stars hotel. It should be 3 because soundproof isn’t good, not suitable for family with smaller kids or baby.

Location is excellent. The room we had was 5 it is on the front of building which has a lot of street noise especially weekend nights Seemed to be a waste pipe from upper rooms so every time someone upstairs flushed or ran a tap the water flowing was heard loudly in bedroom

We were met with a very friendly concierge who was on site everyday and helped with every need we had (we didn't have many) The room was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable The location of the apartment building was brilliant for us to take in the ambience of Edinburgh while providing a safe and quiet area for relaxation and sleep
