Dated and basic accommodation but reflected in the cost. Room was a bit dusty and plugs for devices were not easy to get to. Could do with a security chain on the door in addition to the lock. Everything else worked well and good value if you just need somewhere to put your head down for the night.

I really liked the quality of the bedding and the towels and the fact there was plenty of hot water. I had a quiet night without being disturbed by any noise. The restaurant was very good but it was necessary to reserve a table and I had to wait until 8.30 pm. The food was worth waiting for

The room was nice and cute. It was small but we were able to put our suitcases under the bed. The bathroom was very small and the shower reflected that as well. There was a coffee maker and water pot since there is no breakfast there was always a snack pack with some cookies. Lunch and dinner was great, but you would have to pretty much reserve a table since this Pub is the local eatery and hang out. Especially on a weekend. The Inn is about a 30- 40 minute bus ride from Edinburgh. So it was great and not so packed with tourists. The bus stopbis basically in front of the Inn. It it is about a 10-15 minute ride from the Airport ( by car) Plenty of free parking.

The staff were so kind and helpful, the restaurant was excellent, I highly recommend their Sunday roast. As for the hotel room, it was just what we needed, a bed and a bathroom, nothing too crazy but perfect for a 2 night stay!

Room was good for what I needed. Just wanted a place to sleep. Staff were very nice and check in was good. Bus stop right beside with bus into town. More on Expieda than the property would be nice of the city tourist tax was included in the taxes and fees part when booking instead of just being sort of a surprise fee at check in.

All in all a nice pub to stay in, 44 bus outside takes you into the city, takes awhile but if your looking for somewhere slightly cheaper than the city centre, this is a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. Food was great, staff great, very quiet at night considering it's a pub. If you do stay here and get the 44 from Edinburgh the stop you require is curries library and the pub is opposite on the right.
