Spacious room, very well located and good value for price. They dont have an in house restaurant but do have a discount of 20% at a very good place almost directly across the seat. Great place from which to tour Edinburgh. Also really good access to trams (back and forth to airport) and trains.

Absolute gem of a hotel! I honestly couldn’t believe I found a place this good. Incredible location, excellent quality, and such a great price. My dad is originally from Edinburgh, and we were visiting together, and even he was floored by how good the hotel was given the price, quality, and location. It felt like an absolute find, and I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great big room and excellent bathroom with all the amenities you need! Useful luggage storage room if you need to leave your things and explore the city. There are a few steps to go in the hotel, so people with limited mobility or with heavy suitcases might struggle. I believe they were doing works on the property next door so there was a bit of noice, but not enough to bother us. Fantastic location, would stay there again!

Nice hotel in a great location. We stayed in the family room with two singles and a double bed. We had a fan but didn’t need it as the August nights were quite cool. The location of the hotel was ideal for walking to all the sights and restaurants. The hotel has an agreement with a restaurant across the street for breakfast with 20%, which was very good. They also have an agreement with a Thai restaurant with the same deal, and we enjoyed a great dinner there. We would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's very near the city centre and close to restaurants, bars, transport (trams, buses and a few minutes walk from the train station) and supermarkets. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. On the day we arrived, we found there was a building site a few metres away from our window on the 2nd floor. They started work quite early and I asked if we could be moved. The staff were very helpful, they were fully booked that night but could move us the next morning to the 4th floor on the other side of the building. It was very easy, quick and helpful. Our 4th floor view was of next doors roof, but we paid a relatively cheap price (for the city centre) and we only used the hotel as somewhere to sleep. They also have water dispensers on every floor (I think) which is very convenient.

People are so nice, helpful and sweet. We had the best time there. The room was nice, it was lovely to have a bathtub after a day of visiting the city. You have a lot of good restaurant around and it’s very close to the shopping center and to the old city. If we come back to Edinburgh we will come back here.

The hotel and the room were great. Clean room and bathroom. Its located on a main street so expect some street noise at night. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, The main bed was a double size bed and definitely can not sleep 2 people (adults or kids). It should be at least a queen size bed when they are counting it for 2 people. This was misleading. Otherwise it was all good.
