"All the staff were really friendly and nice, the rooms have everything you need, we didnt really use our balcony as a few pigeons had taken a liking to it but otherwise it was fine to use! The AC in the room was a god send in this heatwave & towels were changed regularly which was great. The whole building was cleaned regularly and we had a great time, the hotel is in a great area with good access to quite a few subway stations and attractions"

"The hotel manager was so helpful in giving us directions and figuring out transportation in NJ/NY! All the staff were so genuinely kind and laid back. Only negative experience was that one night shift shuttle driver didn’t show up to pick us up. We called a second time after waiting for 40 minutes outside the airport and he finally came. When he did show up, he wasn’t polite. Wouldn’t even respond to a “hi” or a “thank you.” Also, breakfast was somewhat limited but pretty tasty!"
