The condo the communication all top notch. Great location if youre going to rogers centre. 5 min walk straight out the front door. Would recommend arriving either right at 4pm or after so youre not waiting on st. Due to ministry being nearby there are a lot of homeless wandering around. So recommend taking a car for any distance. We had no problem coming and going to concert. Old spaghetti factory is nearby. I would definitely stay here again. A lot of little touches to make your stay comfortable

Underground parking for most vehicles unless over sized. The vistor parking is directly underneath your balcony which is nice. Building is secure, house has two locks for the doors. Place is very clean and well equipped. A block away from rogers and the ice district. Lots of homeless but they keep to themselves.

We were there for a hockey game, location is perfect for that. The arena, downtown area, and many restaurants within 5 or 6 blocks. The street population and nonstop emergency vehicles were not an issue for us but may be for some.

Short stay

Beautiful and clean condo and very close to the stadium. We attended an Oilers game so perfect location. All the amenities of home and very comfortable. Owner very communicative as well. The area does have some homeless people but there was secure underground parking for my vehicle which is amazing! I would stay again! Thank you Chris.

Excellent stay for the Rockin' Thunder concert. Chris was very accommodating (Thank you!!) and quick to respond to our requests. Check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. Secured parking was appreciated. The two bedroom condo was clean, spacious and perfect for two couples, with two large bathrooms and very confortable queen-size beds. The kitchen had a huge island and had everything we needed....including complimentary coffee! The building was easy to find and is only a block from Rogers Place, a short walk to Commonwealth Stadium, and only 3km from the Exhibition Lands Racetrack. The only unfortunate downside is the loitering of homeless people around the neighborhood, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay - great host

Stayed for 9 days to watch some hockey and explore Edmonton. Check in was easy, condo pretty clean and well equipped (better than my own place *g*). Beds are perfect. Rogers Place is just 5 minutes away in walking distance. Parking is perfect as well. Building seems secure. Nothing to complain about!

Great location next to Rogers Place

Great space

Cozy condo lives up to its name. Its clean, spacious, with bare essentials supplied. Access instructions are very detail and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect Location, As Described

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described and the location was perfect for going to Roger's Place. Our stay was excellent in all ways and the condo was very well appointed. We easily could have cooked or BBQ'ed without having to buy any of the extras. We didn't (lots of great restaurants in the area) but we could have.

Great accommodation and proximity to Expo Centre

We were pleased with all that the condo itself had to offer. All communications with Chris were answered promptly, and satisfactorily. The condo was well stocked, and laundry facilities were ideal. Access was easily accomplished. We were glad to be able to park underground in secure parking.

Great apartment, as advertised, and close proximity to Rogers Arena. The only surprise was the number of homeless in the area, there must be a homeless shelter near by. Underground parking was a must and provided with with rental. We would rent again if going to Edmonton for an event.

It was an easy check in and out. Excellent communication with many details regarding entry, parking and check out. There were no surprises. A note for the manager, it would be nice to have coffee whitener at the condo. There was plenty of coffee, tea, honey and sugar. Thank you!
