We were booked into a smoking room by Expedia. We have never booked a smoking room! We had to "negotiate" another room that was non-smoking. They gratiously waived the $4 price difference for the new room, despite initially being told the hotel was full. The new room was excellent & we enjoyed our stay. After we checked out on Saturday, we discovered 2 photographs of our grandson, who had just graduated that day, were accidentally left behind in our room. We have contacted the hotel, once of Saturday & again Sunday morning, but I believe they haven't had housekeeping check for the photos yet. Very disappointed by their slow response & search.
