New and well maintained executive home located very close to everything in Uplands. Less than 5 minutes off Anthony Henday Highway. Within 30 minutes of major attractions and less than an hour to major lakes and recreation like Alberta Beach, Seba Beach, and Lake Isle. Several golf courses nearby.Small deck with BBQ area for your convenience. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Double parking spot on driveway and additional parking space. Board games for everyone. Foosball/ game table for children. Please note property has 5 bedrooms, 1 king and 4 queens so maximum occupancy is 10 adults and maybe a few young children if they can share space with adults.

We arrived late at 11 PM and were surprised to find the host already inside the unit, saying the door wasn’t unlocking. The house was extremely hot, and adjusting the thermostat did nothing since it was controlled remotely by the host. After messaging her, she changed the settings but later explained there was no central A/C, only suggesting we open windows. She provided one portable unit, but it was weak and did not cool the house. With a newborn baby, elderly parents, and a large family, this made the stay very uncomfortable.Supplies were poorly stocked—limited toilet paper, sugar, paper towels—and most kitchen items like spoons and plates were dirty. On the second day, we discovered the host went into the basement without informing us and stayed there overnight. She spoke loudly on the phone at night, disturbing my parents’ sleep and scaring the kids. We had booked expecting privacy, but instead had noise, discomfort, and lack of basic amenities.Overall, this was a terrible experience. The unit was not suitable for the number of guests advertised, lacked cleanliness, had no proper cooling, and failed to provide privacy. We strongly request a refund and cannot recommend this property.
