"Spacious, clean room. Great staff. "

"The hotel is nice, but that being said, our room had a furnace that sounded like a plane landing in your room. Every 15-20 minutes it would kick in during our entire stay. For perspective, we were watching TV, the furnace kicked in, and you could no longer hear anything. We even tried turning the TV up and it was still drowned out my the “jet engine” landing. I had hoped it might settle down overnight, but it didn’t. We had maybe two hours of sleep in between landings, mainly because we were exhausted. We did let the front desk know. They said they would look at it. We should have asked to be moved at the very start of our stay. I am hopeful they would have accommodated us. The only other thing is they need a mat at the door, in the room, to place your shoes on. "

"The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The shower still had some hair in it so we didnt use the shower. We only spent the night otherwise I would have asked for a different room if I needed the shower. There was a stain on the roof, but everything else was clean. The doors had to be forced shut and were loud so you could hear people coming and going easily. The area outside the hotel seemed a little bit sketchy. On the west side of the property a window was smashed. I would stay here again if there was no where else to stay and if it was only for a night again. Plenty of parking "

"I liked this hotel. Especially having Denny’s and chop on site. I found the rooms to not be very sound proof. The pool area was nice "

"This hotel was fairly unkept - some Areas were updated. Construction banging all day and was not listed as being under Reno. Felt unsafe. Main area forms Seemed updated but bedding did not fit the beds and the bathrooms were not updated "
