Hotel was good, but the service was very slow. Didn’t have the rooms ready by check in time fire alarm went off at 5 AM. There was no explanation as to why, but I guess it was only one time I’d recommend this place.

I didn’t not like my stay in this hotel at all from the time i arrived the check in wa was supposed to be at 3 but i didn’t get my room until 6pm terrible! They were telling everyone that they are waiting for room to be cleaned but when i got my room it was dirtybarthroom and hair on my bed and clung eg bathroom sink ,the wifi didn’t work it

Always enjoy this hotel. Very reasonably priced and a great location. Disappointed that I couldn’t take advantage of the shuttle as I would have had to wait an hour. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Staff Pooja went over and beyond to make sure our needs were meant. Darshan was also very helpful and friendly.

Hot tub was dirty with sand and bottom! Never had any towels in pool room. fire alarm went off at 4:30 in the morning for a half an hour. breakfast sucks $18 and couldn’t change anything asked for one scoop of scrambled eggs and one sunny side up because it said you were allowed to have two eggs they wouldn’t change it.

Wasn’t as advertised. No breakfast, late check in time, only 1 person in the front desk, the room smelled like old, front property is all not lawned as there were tons of weeds, breakfast had limited options with no kid friendly options, and very dirty feel on the doors and property.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our two young children. At first we noticed the queen beds seemed smaller than what we are used to, but they assured us they are their standard size. My main concern with the beds is that the wooden frame under the bed sticks out significantly farther than the mattress causing a tripping hazard and resulted in many bruised shins. Our first night, the room next to us had a group of VERY intoxicated and loud guests. Music blaring through the walls, swearing, and opening and closing of their doors/yelling in the hall for hours. I called the front desk and they knocked on the door but the group was so loud they did not hear the knocking or ignored it. Eventually after going back the staff got the attention of the other guests and told them to be quiet. 5 minutes later the disruption continued (it was 3 am). When I call d back down I was told WE could be moved to another area of the hotel if we were bothered, which I found extremely unprofessional. At this point it was 3 am and I had two small kids in the middle of the night. Our other concern was on the Friday night my children and I went to the pool and the hallway before the pool door was flooded so bad without a warning sign my 5 year old fell and severely hurt his arm. When going to the front desk to mention this they blew me off and said they would see if they could find a wet floor sign. The wet mess remained the entire night. We had anotherincident as well but I’m out of room
