Welcome to our luxury oasis in the heart of Edmonton! PERFECT FOR SMALL FAMILY WEDDINGS, small events, staff meetings or a luxury getaway for your family.

Perfect for a staycation, luxury getaway, a small wedding, or milestone occasion, our premium penthouse condo is located in The Parliament Condo Complex just steps from the Alberta Legislature and walking distance to Rogers Place. There is nothing else like it in the entire city.

The 800 sq. ft. rooftop patio with astroturf, 8 person hot tub, infrared sauna, bar, BBQ and putting green overlooks Victoria Park and Saskatchewan River.

The luxury continues inside with 22 ft. ceilings (and views) in the great room, top-of-the-line appliances, granite and hardwood throughout.

With beautiful views from every room. The two downstairs bedrooms are beautifully set up with queen beds and smart TVs.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with everything you could need to create a feast, and the dining room table seats 10. White leather recliner couches in the living area, and 65" Smart TV complete the first level, making it a perfect place to entertain or kick back after a long day.

Your reservation includes free wifi, one free parking space, printer/fax/scanner, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, books, games and more.

Nestled in the middle of downtown Edmonton, between Jasper Avenue and the Saskatchewan River, it's just a short walk to many 5-star restaurants, fast food, spas, liquor stores, grocery, pharmacies, yoga and more. The Alberta Legislature is a 5-minute walk away, the river is a 4-minute walk and Rogers Centre a 20 minute walk (or 5 minute Uber ride). This oasis condo is the ideal location for any holiday, work trip, or event. We offer a home away from home in the midst of the city and we invite you to be our guest!

($2500 damage deposit is required. References and ID must be provided within 48 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel. Sorry - no bachelor parties and we reserve the right to deny large events. Event or party details must be confirmed with us prior to booking. No more than 4 adults may stay overnight and any additional guests must leave the premises by 1:00 am. For events and parties, an orientation walk through is required at check-in and check-out for an additional charge of $75. For gatherings of more than 10 people, there is a charge of $20 per person after the 10th person. Guest count is monitored. Damage deposit may be kept for changes in unauthorized number of attendees, excessive noise levels or inaccurate event details provided.)

The house itself was very nice, but the pictures were misleading and owners were not forthcoming. The hot tub wasn’t working and there was no tv on patio. We rented this place for a staycation mainly for the patio. The cleaners informed us the hot tub wasn’t working and the previous renters had the same problem. This was not brought to our attention before renting this property. For what we paid for one night was not worth the cost. Had 3 upset kids that couldn’t use the hot tub or watch the playoffs on the patio. Very disappointing to say the least.

Stunning Penthouse with Amazing Patio!
I am absolutely thrilled with this penthouse! We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely rent it again. The service was excellent, and Zin is such a pleasant and friendly woman. She showed us everything and explained all the details. The hot tub is a particular favorite of ours. Overall, 10 out of 10!

Overall Great Property - would recommend
Anything a person could need was available in the fully stocked kitchen! Place was tidy and exactly what we were looking for to spend a weekend away for a 40th bday. The cleanliness of the hot tub was a little sketchy (fake petals and golf balls floating about) but didn't hold us back from using this beautiful rooftop patio. Lack of communication at the start was a bit frustrating and definitely not enough toilet paper available for 6 women but being able to vacation in this amazing penthouse more than made up for any minor frustrations. Would stay here again if the opportunity ever arose again in the future!

We had a great stay at this property for a girls weekend. Natalia was fantastic to deal with and the property was just what we wanted. The best part is the roof top patio! Would recommend to anyone in town, especially a group.

I’ve stayed twice at this Condo now and it’s as it says- AMAZING! The location is perfect, incredible views and there’s nothing else available like it when it comes to the private patio with huge hot tub! Everything you need is available in the kitchen and bathrooms! Can’t wait to stay again!

Great property located centrally
The property is conveniently located and within walking distance to many amenities, including restaurants and spas. The property has 2 bedrooms and an open-air loft with a sofa bed and a lovely open space kitchen/dining room/living room. Although 3 bedrooms would have been preferred, the overall space worked well for us and we enjoyed it and the beautiful roof-top patio. We encountered a few hiccups at the property; however, the owner was very responsive and took quick action, thereby ensuring a better overall stay. I would recommend this property and the owner.

This is a perfect spot for entertaining or relaxing! All the amenities you need, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great views and an awesome, central location. Fabulous penthouse
Check in and communication with the host went smoothly. Our friends and I were able to meet and celebrate life with friends. The rooftop area was fantastic and we spent most of our time there. The hot tub was awesome, the bbq and the seating area outside were a hit. The AC inside was so nice to cool down with. In the evening we stayed the night with friends and the bedrooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, but I wish there were window coverings in the primary bedroom because the sunlight was very bright when we woke up. Otherwise, thanks for the great stay! We will be back for sure.

Second bathroom toilet does not flush. Microwave does not work. Check in process was terrible.
Property is nice and location is good. Set up nicely for parties. Could use a sink outside and access to a second floor bathroom. Check in process was not easy. Vrbo sent wrong check in instructions and then owner was still not able to grant me building access. It took a long time to get sorted out. Not level of service I was expecting given the cost to rent this condo
