Welcome to our stunning 2100 square foot home nestled in the charming neighborhood of Desrochers, just south of the vibrant city of Edmonton!
This modern and spacious new build is the perfect retreat for families or groups seeking a comfortable and convenient getaway.
With 4 generously sized bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, there's plenty of space to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably.
NOTE : We are still waiting for the grass to be completed in the backyard. Back deck is usable

- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :
* Smoking / vaping in the home = $300
* Unapproved pets= $300
* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100
* Late checkout = $100
* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500
* Lost garage opener= $100
**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
