Convenient location to visit family; parking at night was okay - lot was full but was able to find at least a spot each night; breakfast was okay - more options needed, though like that coffee and tea was available all day.

It was in a commercial area. Didnt even look like a hotel from the exterior. Hard to distinguish from the warehouse buildings around it. My room had no handsoap or conditioner upon arrival which does not say much for housekeeping after check out. But in turn, our rooms were tidied up daily. The front staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Highly unlikely I would return or recommend your facility.

Stayed while visiting someone in hospital. The colourful decor was a good distraction. Good location as I needed easy access to Anthony Henday Dr. Reasonable price so I extended stay and also booked a return stay the next week. Great breakfast selection, awesome shower and towels, comfy king bed. Will def stay again if in Edmonton.

The linen in the bed was not changed and we saw dirt and a toe nail clipping. The suite door was open and not locked upon entering the room. Bathroom door locked with our items in it. The attendant was very accommodating.

Our room was disgusting. Shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months, a smear on the floor on our headboard, all over the room door. The shower had orange staining all over the curtain and corners of the shower stall. Hair everywhere.

Our first night was terrible. Our room was DIRECTLY above the indoor pool, and so we had to listen to screaming children swimming and splashing until 11pm when the pool closes. Then came the sounds from above us. It was as if a huge person with work boots was pacing their room as loudly as possible for hours. My kids and I were all in tears of exhastion by this point, and I called the front desk with a noise complaint and requested ANY OTHER ROOM away from these people. I was told by the gentleman that they were full, but he would go check out the noise complaint. Nothing was solved. At 7am the following morning I went to the front desk and explained the situation. She had a new room key for the top floor in my hand in under 5 minutes. Why couldn't the man help me in ANY way the night before??? That room was clearly unoccupied and available. We were furious and exhausted by this point, so we took the 2nd room. Our second night was much better, but I've never stayed at a louder hotel in my entire life, and I'm well into my 40s. Modern, clean decor and lovely breakfast and amenities doesn't make up for the total lack of SLEEP at a hotel. I'd never go back or recommend this hotel. If you must stay here, request the 4th floor if you want to get any sleep.

Its a nice cozy and clean hotel with swimming pool and small gym. Free breakfast was nice as well with pancake machine etc.. More sitting area in the lounge to eat there.

We unfortunately stayed here 5 nights. Our bed was never made and our towels eere replaced onced. The hotel is surrounded by construction and traffic congestion. The quality of Hilton has gone down considerably. Welcome to the new Motel 6.

Currently a road closure complicates access to hotel. The room was great. Love the style. Unique decor. Comfy king bed, good shower. Breakfast has really good selection. All staff were friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel by mistake, and called immediately to cancel. But the management had no courtesy to understand the situation. They insisted since it was non refundable, they charged me anyway. Pathetic customer service

Their pool is disgusting, black specks coming out of it, the water itself was cloudy and left dirt bubbles all over. The flooring and walls in the pool area are also very disgusting, this is supposed to be a hotel in a new area that's why I got it and it's so disgusting. The bathroom in the room as well had rust stains all along the shower, they didn't have a hot tub as well. They charge you for the good Wi-fi unless you want the crap free wifi that barely works. There's like 2-3 good channels on the tv. The rooms are tiny and so is the bathroom, not at all like the photos. The manager is never available, they say oh we will be in this evening and he isn't than they say oh he will be in the morning and then he is not. Would not stay again, paid $385 for 2 nights and was not impressed at all. My kids did not enjoy the stay due to not being able to play in the pool.
