All around our modern spacious home are amazing shopping experiences, taste-bud teasing restaurants and world class events of Central Alberta.
Only minutes away to the North West of this home is the World Famous West Edmonton Mall, to the East is South Edmonton Common and North to the breath-taking North Saskatchewan River, University of Alberta and Downtown Edmonton.

Our home features four bedrooms: two bedrooms upstairs, one on the second lower level, and one in the basement.
All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.
Please note that while the yard is fully fenced, the gate is currently not closing properly. Due to seasonal limitations, a full repair cannot be completed until spring. We appreciate your understanding and recommend keeping this in mind during your stay.
A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request. Additional twin-sized cots are available for $10/day. Please request and pay in advance to guarantee availability.
Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.
Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.
We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.
