"Overall a decent stay. Great location to Kokura Station, only a 3-5 min walk to get there. Unfortunately, no complimentary breakfast but there are many food options nearby. Rooms were standard business hotel rooms, nothing to rave about. My best experience here was my interaction with customer service. They were professional and friendly and went beyond my expectations. "

"Clean fairly large room, that is maybe due for an upgrade. Still a great place, fabulous central location. Great breakfast buffet and literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance. Kokura is a great place to visit and there is plenty to do and see. We will definitely be back."
