"The check in process, although fast, was not as good as I expected. The young man did not know English (a must for any Hotel, let alone a world class hotel like Dedeman). The property cleanliness and hospitality of the staff erased any hesitations I had to recommend this place. The room was clean, the lobby comfortable and, although we stayed in the off season, the place was inviting and relaxing.
