I wish I could give more then 5 sars, the staff (Maddy the first night, Angela the next morning) were fantastic and a true example of how a hotel should be run. We had issues with our booking( pet friendly rooms were full) and they got things sorted and solved stress free to us. Breakfast was excellent!

Maddy was working the desk for check in. She was very helpful! The breakfast was great. Hot options as well as fruit and yogurt options, bagels and breads. (Didn’t see a breakfast overview when we looked- you’re welcome ;) ) Good water pressure. Comfortable beds and good pillows. 10/10 would book again.

The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Beds were comfortable enjoyed the stay. Only suggestion, is a luggage cart to help bringing in luggage. I know there’s no elevator, but it’s still helpful for anyone on the first floor. Will stay there again. This was my third time staying there.

Excellent staff! Their employee's could not have been nicer or more helpful. Breakfast was the average continental but was perfectly stocked and area was clean. Rooms could have been clearer, specifically the floors. Noticed some chunks of mud, possibly from a work boot, that was not vacuumed up in the room and some trash under the bed. Beds and bathroom were ok. Would stay here again, great value for what you get and I'll just keep my shoes on :)
