「管理混乱，非常糟糕的体验，至今我交了两份钱不知道能不能退还给我一份。我在好订网预订完后直接从信用卡上扣了钱，但入住当晚酒店的前台小姐就查不到订单，但还是给了我钥匙入住，第二天早上退房收了我的现金有没有给我Receipt，打电话给好订网要求退回，但好订网向我要收据证明，难道没有收据酒店就查不到账单了吗？比国内招待所好不了多少的条件居然是四星级？看来奥地利的酒店管理水平跟德国酒店没法比！」

「I felt the hotel as a whole was absolutely fantastic. The welcoming and service by the staff was efficient and professional. Checking in online is the way to go! However, the rooms do require the window open as the rooms are soundproof. So if you have asthma bare that in mind. Overall, fanatic and would go there again. 」

「Very nice common area with coffee and tea that really looked and felt like a bar or café. The bike themed interior was quaint and on topic and there was even a little garage for bike fiddling. The room was very nice and clean albeit a bit plain. The automated check in and out process was very smooth. Bregenz is very nice but a bit touristy. Hard is a vibe. 」

「We arrived early and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. The property is a little out of the way, but the transit system was within walking distance. We would stay here again」

「Checking in was seamlessly done by myself without any contact with the hotel staff, however, I later needed help with purchasing from the vending machine but no staff was around to assist. Overall, it was a great experience and I liked this place.」

「Services are excellent, and people are very nice. I like breakfast. The location is very nearby the office, where I go. If you are driving, I recommend to stay here. You do not need to worry about parking spaces.」
