Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Nestled on the western side of Edwards with quick access to Eagle, Avon, and Vail. This neighborhood is adjacent to the Eagle River for excellent fly fishing, and trails for hiking or biking leave from the neighborhood itself. Attached, private garage for your outdoor gear or a vehicle, and a community hot tub and pool to relax in after a long day of activities!

Very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay. No real issues and it is a very nice place. We had a wonderful ski vacation. We arrived fairly late on our check in day and somewhat misunderstood the check-in instructions. Owner was very responsive when we reached out.

Perfect spot for our family!

We had a great stay in Edwards! This condo was perfect for our family of four, including two children under 5. The condo was incredibly well-stocked, and comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and were proactive about addressing a minor maintenance issue that arose before our arrival. We would happily stay again on a future trip.

Perfect for Beaver Creek and Vail

We usually stay in Silverthorne but wanted a shorter driver to the mountains this year and this place was perfect. About a 15 min drive to beaver creek and about an hour to Keystone. Enjoyed the hot tub and local food in town. Comfy beds and a nice living room for us to hangout in.

Condo was very comfortable and well-appointed with everything you need for a long week or weekend stay. Close enough to Avon to make it convenient but far enough away that you didn't feel caught up in the city. Communication on check-in through the app was okay but an email would have been preferred. This was a one night stay when we all wanted to be in the same place not two hotel rooms. It was a very steep step climb into the condo however that wasn't menioned anywhere on the site or pictures. At the very least it should have said "penthouse setting with stairs".

Comfort and Convenience

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious and had two balconies. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. I was able to stow my bike in the garage which was convenient. Communication with Mark, the owner, was clear and quick. All in all, a great place to stay in the valley.
