“We have stayed here many times for gymnastics, just love it. The only issue I have ever had was this time at check in, when I book I normally choose the outside lake view lodging but Robert was not having it. When I asked he was very condescending about it. It was a busy check in and he was training a new person and maybe he was just over it, but I've never had someone act like that here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Either way it was a nice stay like normal.”

I was a little disappointed with the cost you charged for the room. It’s cheaper to go through the hotel than it is Expedia. So, because of this, I’m not sure that I will be using Expedia in the future.”

“The cabin was very clean, the bed was comfy and the pillows were soft. It stayed well heated through our cold stay, even had to crack a window in the bedroom as the heater works extremely well which is adjustable. The desk lady was very nice and helpful. We will be going back!”
