「Wir waren mit Hund herzlich willkommen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmergröße war gut, alles war sauber, ordentlich und vorhanden. Die Betten waren etwas hart. Das Frühstücksbuffet war phänomenal! Direkt vorm Hotel ist die Bushaltestelle und man ist in gut einer Stunde in der Innenstadt. Aber auch das Umland des Hotels hat einiges zu bieten, z.B. die Alster als kleines Spazier- und Wandergebiet. Die Nähe zum Flughafen hat man im Hotel selbst eigentlich kaum...

Kaffee vom Vormieter war noch in der Kanne. 2 Tasse 3 Messer und 4 Gabel gab es in der Küche für gemeldete 6 Personen. Lattenrost bei einem Bett gebrochen. Als wir den Vermieter draufhingewiesen haben, hat er sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Vorher war guter Kontakt. Einfach runter gerockt die Bude. Finger weg!!!!!!!!」
