Overall, the condo was bright and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware and the furniture is new / comfortable. Beds and linens were also clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are new, but not as clean as we are accustomed to (thus the 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness).Our kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. It is not walkable to Egg Harbor unless you are comfortable walking up/down steep hills with traffic zooming by at 55mph. We were expecting this to be walkable based on distance - that just didnt pan out for our family with 2 younger kids.There are beautiful transom windows in each bedroom and light pours in, which is great during the day, but terrible if you are trying to put kids to sleep while the sun is still up and/or not wanting to wake up at first light. Transom windows didnt have any shades / curtains and the other "cellular" style shades are not room darkening. The AC went out the second day of our stay which resulted in several frustrating calls to the weekend / after hours support line. They were not able to fix the issue and we had 2 nights of 80 degree sleepless nights. The management company did offer a small monetary rebate - but it was still a donwer on our vacation. Overall - this property has tons of potential, but we had a mediocre experience. In a crowded short-term rental market, we will opt for a different option for our next visit to Door County.
