「We had a great stay at the hotel. While there was a leak in our room, the staff responded immediately to check on it. Although the leak wasn’t fully resolved, we chose to remain in the same room. The rooftop Sky Bar staff were fantastic—providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and local events. Special thanks to Babs for his outstanding service and hospitality.」

「The staff were amazing! Made our stay. Ana the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and rooms were clean great! If you’re staying in a Concept hotel you can use the pools of the other hotels which is great they’re very close to each other and the music at Romeo’s is not great. For in with the theme of the hotel though so understand why. Would 100% stay at this hotel again or any of the concept hotels. 」

「The manager (old lady) lacks compassion and isn’t very friendly or welcoming. However the rooms are lovely and spacious. The sea view room is absolutely stunning! 」

「Heerlijk verblijf. Vloerverwarming, prachtig ingericht, heerlijke ruime mooie badkamer. Alleen de bedbank was doorgezakt. We hebben het matras op de vloer gelegd met een topmatras van het hotel, dat sliep heerlijk. Als compensatie kregen wij een heerlijk gezond ontbijt. Ze wilden nog meer voor ons doen. Voor ons was het goed. Heerlijke bedden bij het zwembad en personeel dat alles voor je wil doen om je te laten genieten. 」

「Clean room and friendly staff」

「My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and we were very comfortable. We went in March so it was fairly quiet in the area. The staff were kind and very helpful. Our room was clean and bright with lots of windows. There wasn’t much privacy in the bathroom with glass walls and doors so it would be best suited for solo traveller or close couples. 」

「Given the price of the rooms, they are really good. The room was clean. Each room has its own balcony, which is great. It was everything that I needed. 」

「En las fotos se mira una cosa y cuando entras es otra totalmente diferente. Súper fatal la gente que se hospeda porque no respetan el sueño de los demás, por las noches ruidos y por las madrugadas fiestas, además de que fuman dentro delas habitaciones y se supone que está prohibido, los pasillos olorosos a cigarrillos todo súper fatal. Ah y el ruido de las discotecas de alrededor se escucha todo en la habitación que no te dejan dormir, no recomiendo este lugar para nada…」

「I love this hotel. It's so quirky and fun. The rooms are comfortable and large and good value. The staff are really lovely and friendly and fun to chat to. This is my 2nd visit to the Cubanito and I would like to return again next year! Perfect for an escape and it feels like you can completely relax.」

「Das Zimmer war super. Hohe Boxspringbetten. Jedes Bett mit 2 Kopfkissen. Balkon und gutes Bad. Tresor und Kleiderbügel. Alle Angestellten waren immer nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Pool war sehr sauber und ausreichend. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt sehr gut.」

「All the staff are very nice, high quality service. If you already planned to rent a car in ibiza. It is a great choice to stay in this hotel. They have free and secure parking, also they located at the center of ibiza. You can enjoy a quite countryside atmosphere. Great room, great pool and great peolpe! Recommend to cat lovers, there are 3 cats that also friendly to human.」
