"This place was great! Beautiful area, great breakfast buffet, clean, and quiet. We don't normally book places with a shared bathroom but there were no issues with that. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"Excellent stay. The restaurant is one of the best in town and won’t disappoint if you don’t want to move off-site for dinner. Very cozy, lounge, comfortable. It is so close to the airport. Have the hotel arrange a taxi for you if you don’t rent a car. I highly recommend. 5 stars."

Three of us stayed one night in a nice and clean two bedroom flat with very good view towards the lake. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Hot water has some smell of sulfa but understand this is typical in Iceland.
