Only problem was the rubbish from the previous guests was not removed from the toilet bins, or the kitchen bins, There was a change of towels the next day, but sloppy bed remake. So probably cleanliness wasn't great to some degree. "

Great shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic location for cyclists and walkers wanting to do the coastal walkway. Tropical garden was very attractive. Studio 22 was excellent value. "

Awesome location so close to town, the coastal walk way, Paritutu Rock, Iona dairy for giant icrcreams etc. Lovely place to stay and the kids appreciated the toys, swinging chair and massage chair! We would love to come back again."

The property is very clean and comfortable, the owners go the extra mile by providing a few drinks and snacks, communication was very clear, and we felt we had privacy even though it's part of their home.
