Beautiful grounds and the fireplace in the rooms is such a nice cozy touch. I loved looking at the mountains from my balcony. The only hiccup I ran into was the pool hours didn’t start until the afternoon and I really enjoy waking up and going for a dip

Our stay was great. Nice spacious and clean room. It had everything you needed. The hot tub and pool were amazing and to top it off, it was convinient having the bus take you to downtown banff ave and back right from the hotel.
