"每次到東京都住這間，位置還好，整潔，有溫泉,有free Vod，唔錯。 不過房有點細，有時等lift會耐點, 同埋如果沐浴露可以轉牌子就好，每次用完都感覺有點乾，不夠水潤。overall 平均地唔錯。"

"早餐好吃，地理位置方便，離新宿站走路十分鐘左右，來回機場可以直接坐利木津巴士停在飯店門口。飯店員工親切，有問題時皆有提供協助。 房間可以打開兩個29寸行李，空間舒適，白天陽光充足，但因為沒有裝設天花板的燈，晚上光源多來自燈具，會有點暗，小可惜的地方。"

"Hotel room was amazing and very spacious.i brought my toddler so it was good she had space to run around. Requested bed fence for her. There aren’t much other items they could offer . But the room is clean and view is nice. Many trees below n it felt so comfortable with the big windows and small balcony. Highly recommend and it’s a good deal for approx $4000 a night considering the huge dining and living room area with two toilets. Only improvement they need is to have newer tv. It was not a smart tv so couldn’t watch anything but the tv channels they offer which is minimal for English speaker. I couldn’t even link my YouTube or Netflix for the full four days ! Free bottled water everyday and loccitane amenities gift set everyday! A huge Lawson at underground floor n also links to the metro station. Taxi to ropponggi hills is within 8 mins! Very happy stay"

"飯店本身很好，設備很新與整潔，房間大小剛剛好但如果要展開兩個大的行李箱會比較有困難，主要是飯店地點周圍晚上與早晨比較危險一些。"

"Everything is great here except some little things. TV is not smart so no Netflix. Not hdmi input too Not usb port for charging but charger is cheap and easy to buy here so not big problem unless you arrive late with dead phone 😂"
