"everything was as depicted in listing. beautiful historical house, with gorgeous hardwood floors! great communication with gracious host Catherine. my husband enjoyed staying at your house while visiting our daughter, a mobile resident. pictures did not do the house justice, every little need was met. beautifully furnished. the only thing was the pretty bathtub sides were almost too tall for me to step over, im 5'4" and my husband helped me to step over the high sides, a handhold would be nice...

"It’s a very nice house located right between the beach and the downtown (20 min drive either way). It worked perfectly for us as we had events scheduled in downtown and also wanted to get to the beach. The house has everything we needed. Washer and dryer were very handy. The house has a good size pool too, but the water was a bit murky and the kids were afraid of alligators, so we didn’t use it ( didn’t really had time to). Good neighborhood, grocery store is about 5 min drive."

"We were in town for our youngest daughter’s graduation at South. This home had perfect proximity to downtown where we had most of our meals and gatherings. It is also easy to hop on the interstate and get to campus. The house is well equipped and very clean. Our older daughter and her husband who were also with us enjoyed their morning jog through the historic district. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!"

"I had to come to town for something unfortunate.My stay reminded me of an old town feel from when I was a child. Old big oaks azalea bushes and the wet smell of oak leaves from the rains. The home is very nice and cozy and decorated with class. The front porch with a rocker was a nice relaxing touch. Best of all I have fibromyalgia and hurt in most beds. I felt like I was in my own, and didn't suffer. Thank you for making this home available."

"Convenient for our family get together. Family travelled from Diamondhead MS and Gulf Breeze Fl. We wanted to go to TopGolf and it was just 15 minutes from the property. Having four bedrooms at a reasonable price was much appreciated. The huge flatscreen TVs in 3 of the bedrooms was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay."

"This is a very unique and exquisite property overlooking Mobile Bay in the absolute best neighborhood near all major roads and attractions. All bedrooms have full baths. One bedroom/bathroom suite is located upstairs on the opposite side of the house and has the most incredible elevated views of the bay. The upstairs screened in porch provide a wonderful sitting area with unbelievable views. The house is large and our family of 3 adults and 2 kids were able to have privacy while being together....

"Such an incredible stay. I brought my daughter for a short weekend the mobile for a dance competition. Our stay was so relaxing and I felt very safe in the house. It is very close to all of the downtown fun and just far enough to get some peace and quiet. We will def be back!!!!"

"Nice enough to say overall experience was good. Ice maker doesnt work. No ice trays. Door keypad dead but was able to get in quiclly with a phone call. Yard was awful. Limbs and leaves covering driveway and patio furniture. Provided coffee for 6 cups. Everything was was clean except master bathroom rug. Bring a stopper if you want to use the bath tub. Decorating screams "what we found at thrift store". Kitchen French doors uses a live, laugh, love shower curtain cut in half with a kitchen knife....
