Enjoy this spectacular high-end 70m2 penthouse in the city centre of Eindhoven - close to everything you need! This accommodation is newly built in 2023 and can easily accommodates up to 4 guests. Entering this accommodation you will fall in love with its unique design combining traditional features with modern design and luxury finishes. The open plan living / dining room has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 people, relaxing sofa in front of the smart TV and access to the large pri

You enter the building by using a key-code and then you have to go up 2 staircases to enter the apartment, as it is on the second floor.

After completing your booking we offer three optional services (subject to availability) that you can request via our online check-in link (to be received after booking confirmation):

Both quaint and modern

Ideal location, quaint apartment but with all modern finishings. It smelled new and the bed was comfy. It was perfect for us.

Cozy Loft In The Center Of Eindhoven

Had a wonderful stay in this newly renovated loft. Right in the middle of Eindhoven so walking distance to the attractions and restaurants in the area. 15 minute walk to the train station so easy to get to and from the airport and neighbouring cities. Check in was easy. You get a PIN code for the doors. Two floors up above the Bakkertje Bol. Steps are modernized. Wider than some of the other older buildings but still steep. Close to the church so you can hear the church bells ring. On weekends the streets are bustling with people. Lovely automated skylights. The beautiful original wooden beams could be a challenge for someone really tall. Very nice washing machine drier combo if you would like to wash the linen or your clothes.
