「Es war ein sehr schönes, kleines Appartement. Das Beistellsofa war ein wenig durchgelegen und die Wände im Haus waren Recht dünn, womit man doch ein wenig die Nachbarschaft mitbekommen hat. Ansonsten war es eine Recht schöne und ruhige Gegend. Nur ca. 5-10min zum Strand.」

「Lovely beach front property with great staff, very friendly and helpful. We loved the decor of the hotel and room, very modern and obviously newly refurbished. The location is ideal for the beach and Marina area, and once you understand it, there are regular buses and Metros into Valencia centre, although I recommend working out a strategy before attempting as winging it is challenging and we wasted time getting on/off the wrong transport. Central Valencia is a good 30mins away, late taxis...

「The location was why I've booked the Livensa. The place remind me University dorm. If you are a light sleeper, that might not be the place for you, as everyone scream in the corridor, slamming doors non-stop, loud music. If you walk in the corridor you can even hear the shower when someone is using it... Walls are paper thin I guess. They haven't broom the unit prior to arrival, so floor were dirty. Bathroom needs some love too. But for me it was ok for 2 nights. Location was great with the...

「Large room with see view. Free parking but far away to the city. The food in the restaurant is good but the waiter unhappy because I order the special price dinner set. It should be influence the overall performance.」

「Really please with our whole experience. We got a deal for a night free which made the apartment more affordablemoverall fornour stay. It is excellently located - especially for the Easter Semana Santa celebrations, beach and transport with many fabulous amenities on the door step too. The online check in service prior to arrival was super smooth and the staff were great at responding to any questions. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Valencia as was a little home.away from home! 」
