The staff are all very friendly and helpful, I speak very little Spanish and most of the staff did not speak English but they tried their best to communicate and help with any questions I had. Excelente lugar para quedarse. No le pide nada a Tulum. Hay que llegar con despensa. La comida del beach club excelente. 100% regreso.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was big and well equipped. The bed was slightly uncomfortable but not bad by any means. The property is a bit older but the value for money was great. The property dog Oreo was a sweetheart! Would stay here again for sure.
