「Great position with great views from the roof terrace. Plenty of parking. Close to bars and restaurants. Loved having a lift, now that we’re older we do struggle with stairs sometimes. No cleaning but everything provided to keep apartment clean. Clean towels and toilet paper after 2 or 3 days. The only thing missing was a safe. 」

We had not been made aware of this and would not have booked the apartment had we known. The owner was not in anyway accomodating towards making good by way of some compensation.
