“We loved our stay in North Port and had the most relaxing weekend. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Great property. Will use monthly when available.Thank you Ty!”

“Home was well stocked, open space. Clean home. Beds not comfortable. Home did not have good lighting, it felt dark in the home. Ac worked excellent. We stayed 2 nights and it worked out overall. 21 minutes from mineral springs. Host very friendly and receptive.”

“Beautiful home, description and photos were accurate. AC was nice and cold on the hot summer days we visited. Would stay here again and highly recommend!”

“The odor of dampness lingers but everything was clean and very nice. The master bed has a sleep number mattress that doesn't adjust. The right side is stuck at 25, and the left side is stuck at 45. It's very soft. It was not comfortable for us. The pillows were also lacking in support. I unfolded sleeper, sofa, and it was not any better. The bathroom is lovely and clean. Lots of spare towels in bedroom closet. Kitchen is well equipped and very clean. Desi is very, very kind, responsive and……

“Clean rooms and family friendly. Great location and quiet neighborhood. ”

“When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools. The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you……

“Room was super clean. Host quickly responded to a couple questions when I messaged. It was the perfect size for my husband and I to stay for the month. It was conveniently located close to EVERYTHING including lots of beaches, lots of restaurants, areas with bike paths, nature preserves, you name it. And bonus for me, the property was a birder's paradise. I was able to photograph all kinds of birds including osprey, various types of herons, hawks, ducks, and more that right in the yard or right……

“We really enjoyed the house. Nice and warm pool. ”

“So my wife and I went down for the mineral springs and to visit with friends. The pool was nice and cool. They even had some free things to eat if it was needed. We invited our friend over to play some board games and they loved how the place was. The added benefit to this place is no special check out procedures so once youre ready to go you can just gather up your stuff and go. Definately will use this again next time we are in the area.”
