“The breakfast should be better it’s too simple”

“Everything about this stay was excellent, save one key thing: the beds and pillows were rather uncomfortable. Not something that could be addressed immediately by bothering the staff, but something we found ourselves lamenting throughout the days after sleeping on them. “Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.”

“It’s a great basic hotel for the money. It’s not a bad deal but know that it’s basic. And for me it was expected in a small beach town of a Third World country. So there was nothing disappointing except for the Internet. I was completely lied to, and they tried to deceive me by telling me that I typed in the wrong Internet and finally when I told her why don’t you come to my room and show me because she said I can only access it from the room and not in the lobby.
