“This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place.”

“Clean room, pool was really nice. There is no front office staff 24/7 as previously listed. The check in process is an absolute nightmare, you have to download an app - which is incredibly slow to work and does not actually read the service fobs to enter the building as stated. There is no housekeeping available if desired. It is spacious, the property itself is very nice and centrally located. They just shouldn’t advertise hotel-level amenities when they don’t have them.”

“I liked the living room space but it was dirty. The pool was dirty!!! I called so they can clean it while I was there and they just cleaned it this morning that we are checking out. The sheets on our beds were dirty! If the property management knew people were checking in, they should have made sure everything was clean and descent.”

“This property was a great location for us near family in Peoria as well as Peoria Sports Complex and P83 entertainment district. The host was very responsive throughout our stay through the VRBO app, and check-in/out was a breeze. As noted in other reviews there were a few glitches: hot water heater appeared offline when we arrived, but was fixed immediately upon notice to host; the small rear yard was very weedy, but not a deal-breaker for us; some had mentioned that the beds were uncomfortable……
