“I was initially give a room that had repair work done in the bathroom and had not been cleaned. I went to the desk , said this was not acceptable, they gave me another room which was good. The corridor on the 5th floor, where my room was, seemed to have the heat on, not the A/C. Thankfully, the A/C in the room worked.”

“The house keeping do not clean the room .but the front desk lady was kind she did a good customer service.”
