Mostly the staff were very nice and accommodating except for one and her name is Sara When we arrived at the lobby, she looked at us like we didn't belong there as we were with sweat pants and sweaters till she realized that we'll be staying there more than a week Furthermore, she looked slightly annoyed or uninterested when we had further enquires regarding our stay Other than her, everyone and everything was great ;)"

"Booked a 4 bed room but only two beds in room and not enough pillows or towels. Found trash under the bedside table including nail cuttings, after complaining and showing pictures they still did not clean it up after 3 days stay. Went for dinner at the buffé right at opening and food was already cold and the whole experience felt overpriced. We booked the hotel for the Indoor pool but it was closed for renovation in the indoor season(stupid) horrible experince and will write a google review to not recommend staying at this hotel "

Host has some more changes planned to improveDo need a car as bars and reatautants are not walkable but estepona is 10 mins away and stunningUrbanisation is very nice and secure; pool looks great but a bit chilly when we were thereLots of steps around urbanisation so unloading car and walking dogs wasnt easy if one has mobility issuesDedinitely a place that we would return to"
