"The a/c in our room wasn’t functioning properly and we’re told a maintenance person wouldn’t be available until our stay was over and there was no offer to switch rooms. Carpet had frayed hole as well as the curtains. The free breakfast items were limited. When the gentleman worked the breakfast he basically stood behind us and told us how to make our breakfast because he liked things pulled from and done a certain way. The desk staff were nice though. Oh and the fridge only froze things. There was also lots of people milling about outside."
