「Made the reservation in Expedia and when we got to the property they said it was already taken, nobody help you from the property and also didn’t take any responsibility at all, their response was rude and didn’t care at all that we arrived at night and didn’t have any place to stay, they booked the room to multiple customers to have the best $$$ for them and then acted like the reservation didn’t exist, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! 」

「The way up the mountain requires a 4x4 vehicle from how steep the hill is. Beautiful views of the mountain range with a view of El Peñol. The attention was amazing with fair prices for the beverages and bottles.」
