We forgot our passports in the room safe and the hotel staff went above and beyond with handling the logistical challenges of delivering our passports before boarding the plane. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Galos. Everything was perfect! Florencia greeted us upon arrival and mapped out an itinerary for us. She recommended Maleza restaurant which did not disappoint. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety and fresh eggs. The rooftop was a great addition. The view is fantastic and Pablo at the bar served great pisco sours. Felipe also provided us with some wonderful recommendations. The rooms were very clean and modern. The value for money cannot be beat....

「Everything was great, well decorated, super clean and comfortable. I just didn't like much the surrands. Had to park the car a few blocks away and I didn't feel safe to walk there in the evening.」

「This place is a gem! The wind can be a bit jarring but the panoramic veranda was incredible, the owner is a very sweet man and the decor was super cool :) take the funicular if you don't want to climb a million stairs!」
