“Enjoyed our time very much, the fantastic weather probably helped! View from the terrace was superb and being able to see the port was so interesting when the tankers came in for loading. Being able to walk to the beach was a plus, but quite an uphill walk back.”

“We had a brilliant holiday, the house was perfect for us, with plenty of room for 7 adults and 7 children. The table outside was big enough for us to eat together and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was well used and although a bit cold at first it was comfortable to be in. A nice walk down to the beach and lots of places to eat. The hosts were lovely, they stayed in contact via text and were really accommodating. Thank you for having us.”

Tiene unas vistas espectaculares, un entorno con muchísimo encanto, un pueblo con mucha gracia y muchos espacios para relajarse y disfrutar. Aunque la playa está retirada, la casa lo vale al 100% y en coche tienes varias opciones a media hora. Andro es un anfitrión amoroso, muy disponible y amable. Nos facilito mucho la llegada y toda la estancia. Mil gracias - quedamos encantados y con muchas ganas……

“El apartamento es precioso y refleja exactamente la descripción. Todas las estancias tienen aire acondicionado y la terraza con vistas al mar y a la sierra son inmejorables. La ubicación es muy buena, justo a unos minutos caminando a una playa tranquila de agua y arena limpias. La comunicación con Linda ha sido correcta y fluida previamente y durante la estancia. Recomendado 100% para disfrutar del entorno!”

“The view is insane, the sound of quietness and waves is just what you need to calm down. The house, pool etc. are clean. All needs like toaster, dishwash, washingmachine, towels are there. Its close to various beaches, many places to eat and the big mercadona. Communication with owner was oustanding clear. Worth every penny if you ask me. Recommend car-hire tho, due to up/downhill streets.”

“Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr zugesagt, 3 verschiedene Terassen, eine am Vordereingang, eine nach hinten und eine über das komplette Dach - Perfekt. Ausstattung in der Küche ist gut, alles Funktioniert. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Bettwäsche war keine vorhanden, hatten wir auch nicht erwartet, allerdings auch kein Unterbett, nur Kissen. Sollte man Wissen, so das man sich etwas selber mitbringt - wir hatten wenigstens 2 Decken mit und somit kein Problem.……

“Très belle maison, bien équipée et bien située. La vue dégagée sur la mer est exceptionnelle. Tout est conforme à l'annonce et aux photos. L'accueil et les conseils de Stuart sont excellents. Pas de problème particulier sur le check-in et check-out, tout est clair sur ce point, une fois installée vous n'avez plus trop envie de bouger ! le village de Mojacar très proche est joli celui de Bedar également, si vous souhaitez visiter l'Andalousie il faudra faire un peu de route, plages à 20', Cabo de……

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Haus Alba sehr genossen. Es liegt wirklich wunderschön und man kann tagelang einfach nur den Blick von der Terrasse aufs mehr genießen! Also für Ruhesuchende perfekt. Das Haus hat Charme und ist genauso wie es von Richard und Lisa beschrieben wird. Die Kommunikation mit Richard war ebenfalls super. Wir empfehlen es sehr!”

“Property situated in a great location within walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There was air conditioning in 3 rooms and the property was fully equipped with great extras such as beach towels, beach umbrellas and an ice box. Plenty of on street parking outside the property. A new dishwasher had been installed in the kitchen.”

“We stayed in an accessible apartment. It involved a long ramp to reception, a loft and some slopy paths and another ramp, so it was accessible but a little long winded to get to our ground floor apartment. It had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Two huge comfortable beds and a wheel in shower. Table and chairs etc and a lovely large balcony overlooking the pool. No kettle or toaster, but a microwave and hob allowed for tea making. Only small cups available for hot drinks, so I bought……
