"We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. The other thing I noticed was that it gets hot in the morning if you don’t lower the window treatments. And one minus was that there is no dryer in the unit. "Hi! I was a little dissatisfied with the apartment. First, they moved me to a different place that I originally booked, there were limited towels, utensils, broken chair, broken window ( I couldn't closed ) and it was cold at night… I rented for two nights, but I couldn't stay like this. We left after the first night. "

"The staff were fantastic, they helped me see tour options and arranged the taxi pick up and drop off for the airport run. They explained where things were e.g. the metro station and where my pick up point was for a tour I was going on. They were really friendly and professional, always smiling and happy to help make my stay the best. The hotel itself was also amazing, the atmosphere was really good and friendly. I’ll recommend and will stay again if I’m ever back in Quito. It’s also very close to lots of attractions. Thank you for a great stay. "
