「Hacienda looks amazing online. Beautiful interior courtyard and gorgeous exterior trees and plants. However, there is no ‘life’ no ‘atmosphere’ inside. It leaves you with a cold feeling both literally and figuratively. The bar tender was wonderful. The room was old and had a bad smell. It has great potential, but we would not stay there again unless there were some serious renovations. Staff was pleasant. 」

「Good location in quiet area within short walking distance of beaches. Relaxing and upscale decor with tasteful touches throughout. Comprehensive buffet breakfast in lovely dining room. Our suite was well appointed with private garden patio area; no bedside lamps available and precarious and dangerous small step down from room to patio. Staff interactions were what you’d expect from an hotel at this level - very good.」

「Clean, well appointed room. Personable & professional Reception team. Kettle. Good WiFi. Plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast needed some hot tomatoes or mushrooms. Bit ordinary considering I paid a high NYE price. Centrally located and close to the Ayamonte ferry terminal. A good hotel.」
