「We booked this hotel based on its proximity to the airport and the fact that it offered a free breakfast. We were surprised that only 2 out of the 4 of us were included in breakfast and were told additional breakfasts were $5, but for some reason we were charged $7 each plus 」

We ran out of water in the shower, but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. We had complementary breakfast but since we were going to leave to the airport around 3am, they gave us free lunch. 」
