「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. 「Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. From the moment of our arrival until it came time to depart we were treated like family. Beautiful and clean rooms; exactly how it was pictured. Although, going to various floors can be tricky since we used multiple elevators, but after the first night we mastered it. 「The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. 「This property is beautiful, it’s very authentic and a wonderful feel of PV. The rooms were clean , bed was comfy and a/c worked great ! Breakfast was coffee, toast and fresh fruit plate that was delicious and beautiful on the patio . Now the pool is not big at all but the rooftop is big and over looks the city and you get beautiful pics . 「My family and I just spent a week at Ken‘s house and we had such an amazing trip. The views are breathtaking. The property and the community that it’s in our exactly what a Mexico vacation should look like. The beds were comfortable and the house fully equipped with everything we needed. Definitivamente 100% recomendable. *Detalle que no te mencionan en ninguna parte* tengan cuidado con las pulseras en la entrada te dan 1 de tela y te dejan la otra de goma en el departamento si las pierdes se te rompen o algo parecido te la cobran y eso no me gustó fueron 50 dólares. 「Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back. 」
