Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets. Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing. Minor point: safe wasn't functioning in my room due to previous guests leaving it locked. Staff is very friendly and helpful. John……

“New hotel offered good rate in non peak seasons. The room is small but new and good condition. If the shower got better glass shield and floor not so wet from the shower would have been even better. The bed sheet and comforter are not as silky smooth and good so there is room to improve.
