Put us in a Suite that we paid extra for initially with a broken drawer, and broken bathroom door. No couch like in the pictures and the TV not in front of the bed. Had to request to move, because of broken door. Then they deactivate your card early and you can't get in the side door or your room ...

When we entered the resident, there was half full trash can. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet. All the appliances were streaked from attempted cleaning. The backyard was a mess. Kids couldn't play back there. All toys look like they were never cleaned.
