Nice apartment in Los Arenales del Sol

Beautiful, modern and bright apartment with communal pool. The apartment is located in an urbanization in Arenales del Sol, Elche, and is elegantly furnished. It offers Wi-Fi, smart TV and a balcony with beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. The urbanization has a large, beautiful pool as well as a jacuzzi and a garden area for even more comfort.

Excellent location: a wide choice of bars and restaurants to taste the excellent Mediterranean and international cuisine, as well as several ice cream parlors and music venues are close by. There are also recreational areas for children.

Just 50 meters away is the fantastic beach with fine sand and crystal clear waters, perfect for water sports such as windsurfing, kayaking, diving and fishing. There are also great hiking and biking trails.

Only 7 km from Alicante, here you have a great opportunity to visit this pleasant and warm Mediterranean city.

Vies en vuil

Wij zijn 2 weken in het appartement geweest . Wat ons gelijk op viel ramen super vies . Badkamer douchewand eruit ! Allebei 1 handdoeken en allebei 1 kleine handdoek . Dat is echt veel te weinig . Dus elke avond was draaien . We melden koffie apparaat heeft geen koffie pot . Werd niks aan gedaan . Tv deed niks . Werd uiteindelijk gemaakt . Maar dag erna deed tv weer niks . Er lagen haren in badkamer . Dus die zijn we eerst schoon gaan maken . Op eerste gezicht prachtig appartement alles nieuw . Maar erg vuil en op terras geen zon en heel erg stil op het complex . Als je wil wandelen klopt de tijd totaal niet naar het strand . En over hellingen . Niet prettig wandelen !! Beddengoed paste net om matras . En hadden maar 1 set .. daar betaal je dan ook voor . Nee voor ons nooit meer . We zijn wel beter gewend ….

Wenn man es nicht so ganz genau nimmt

1. Wir wurden sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Unser Auto mussten wir vor dem Tor lassen und Zufluss in die Anlage gehen, da wir noch keine Nebenkosten (im Portal steht es bei der Abreise zu entrichten) bezahlt haben. Weil wir nach 20:00 (20:35) Uhr ankamen mussten ich extra drauf 34€ bezahlen. Eine Rechnung gab es dazu nicht. 2. Gleich neben der Anlage ist eine aktive Baustelle. So ist der Baulärm (ca 62dB) und Baustaub garantiert im Urlaub. 3. Ja es ist nicht weit zum Strand (siehe Beschreibung) aber dass es eine Steigung von mehr als 25% hat man ausgelassen.
