Make yourself at home in our bright, spotless country cottage, about 20 minutes from Bethel Woods. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two comfortable living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and ping-pong, there’s plenty of room for couples and families to relax and spread out.

The cottage is just a mile from Eldred and makes an easy home base for concerts, hiking, state parks, nearby towns, restaurants, and year-round Catskills adventures.

The Space

Our two-bedroom cottage is comfortable, practical, and thoughtfully equipped for an easy getaway.

Bedrooms

Both bedrooms have queen-size beds, comfortable bedding, ceiling fans, and plenty of natural light.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for simple breakfasts, family meals, or a relaxed dinner at home. Coffee lovers can choose between a Keurig and French press, and there is also a tea kettle.

Living Areas

The main living room includes comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV with access to major streaming services.

The finished lower level offers a second living area with a ping-pong table, magnetic darts, a full bathroom, and a full-size washer and dryer. It is a great space for rainy days, relaxed evenings, or simply giving everyone a little more room.

Outdoor Amenities

Gather around the fire pit for s’mores and stargazing. Firewood, starter logs, skewers, and s’mores supplies are provided.

A propane grill is also available for outdoor cooking, with simple instructions provided.

Location

The cottage is located along a county road, providing easy access to Eldred and the surrounding area. In the nearby hamlet, you’ll find a brewery, open-air pizzeria, hydroponic farm, grocery store, and other everyday essentials.

Bethel Woods, home of the original Woodstock festival and a full calendar of concerts and events, is about 20 minutes away.

The cottage is also a convenient base for hiking, state parks, fishing, kayaking, skiing, restaurants, cafés, shops, galleries, and nearby Catskills towns.
