“We were greeted by the owners, John and Linda and given a tour and history of the building. The room that we stayed in was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and modern. The breakfast was gourmet! Homemade waffles, bacon, a poached pear, arugula salad with kiwi and blueberries and homemade cinnamon scones with lemon curd and clotted cream! Decadent to say the least. “The room we stayed in had mice that ran across our TV. We notified the staff and were told the manager would contact us and we never received a call. The rooms are clearly not maintained well. The property itself is old and falling apart. I do not recommend staying here.”

“The property was pretty but there were no instructions, no maps, and no explanations as to what the property had to offer when we got there.
The pool was pretty dirty as well. Hopefully that will be cleaned soon and hoping for more often.”
