We tried to drop off our luggage (not check in) before going out to play golf, but they wanted to charge us $75 to leave our bags. Also, the outdoor spaces were okay, but there were massive amounts of bird droppings in some outdoor areas. Other than those complaints, we had a great time.

I thought the facility was very nice and the staff was also very helpful. Serene and relaxing. I wanted to have a massage but didn't have the chance due to my 11am checkout. Next time I will certainly take advantage of it. They should advertise this facility more in the area. It's beautiful.

The property is very clean and peaceful. The staff is nice. We only had breakfast on the property and it was great. The food was fresh. I had pancakes and syrup and the syrup did not taste like sugar. The juice bar was not open and the cafe could use more options though.

The property is gorgeous, the rooms are huge, but when I woke up in the morning, my shower wasn’t working , no water at all . The sink was working fine. I went to the lobby, it was 6:30 AM, nobody was there to help me so I figured it out by myself, and I went to the spa and showered there. My bathroom also had a leak coming from upstairs It’s a pity because the property has so much potential, it must have been amazing at its prime.

Very unhappy with our stay... could not find an ice machine on our floor so I tried calling front desk but the phone system did not work in our room and not in the hall phone either. Went down to front desk and was told to let myself in to the tea room which had no lights and find the freezer with ice in the dark. Halls had lights missing by the north elevators on the main floor. Furniture in bedroom was filthy... curtains needed engineering to fix minor issue but no engineering staff on Sundays. Never will stay here again...

The property was large, had a beautiful view, and had large rooms. The issue was the cleanliness. The rugs in the hallway, dining room, and the room were all stained. The lounge chair in the room was also stained, so much so that I didn't want to sit on it. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges. The sink was clogged. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. They offered complimentary bottles of water upon arrival, but that was it—no more water to be seen. It also felt like a ghost town. Despite the concierge saying it was sold out, no one was in any of the activity rooms, and they were dark. Lastly, it was difficult to get from the car to the lobby of the building without stepping in geese feces. Terrible experience. I think this was once a beautiful place but is understaffed and needs greater attention to detail.

Don’t know where to start with the issues of this place. We ended up leaving and not even staying here due to the conditions of this location. Our room had stains all over the floors and then when we pulled the blanket back off the bed we saw there was a dirty sheet. Then we pulled the sheet back and found the mattress. Cover was all brown and disgusting. They tried to put us into another room and that door was left open. So we just left gave back the keys and we’re looking for a complete refund! Also got there very late at night and at 12:00 AM. The lights in the parking lot shut off and it’s completely dark, which is not safe to navigate!! The staff was friendly and helpful and that was the only good thing about this location. They had all kinds of amenities and everything was closed, which was very inconvenient.
